I keep denying pink as a favorite flower color, but when I look out over my gardens in the summer, the dominant color is, yep that's right, pink. I can't help myself. Love your photos, especially in love with the delicate pink hydrangea.
Thanks, Robin for the gift of your flowers through pictures! I love them ALL but particularly the tulip with the rain drops :-). Hope you have a Happy Valentine's Day as well!
Beautiful shots as usual, Robin! I love pink (and blue ;) I think I need more. I found some Lantana seed finally- can't wait until they arrive. You and several others sent me on the hunt for Lantana!
Oh Robin, the WOW factor is beyond Wow!! One photo would have brightened my day; but all of these were like watching fireworks pop in the sky. What an amazing treat! Thank you for sharing your lovely photography and garden with us:) Happy Valentine's Day!!
The perfect Valentine present for us Robin ~ an explosion of pink! I couldn't be happier (unless it was all in my garden right now!) Happy Valentines Day to you too!
Oh, those photos are astounding! Beautiful images of stunningly beautiful flowers. I'm so impressed that you grew all of those and so prolifically, too. You are making me hang my head in embarrassment at my meager blooms that I get so excited about. But, then again, you inspire to plant more. Good job!
Robin, Great post full of your wonderful photos..always a treat for my tired old eyes to visit your blog and feast on them..thanks for sharing. I hope you and your loved ones have a very Happy Valentine's Day.
Robin ! Happy Valentine's Day Girl ! .. These are such pretty pictures of pretty pink flowers : ) So nice to see from the frozen north here ! Happy Valentines again! Thanks so much for visiting! You always bring cheer to my day with your lovely comments.
Jon, pink is definitely my favorite color in the garden. I'm always drawn to it. It also is so photogenic, unlike red or white.
Awww...Lisa, you are so sweet!
GetGounded, all of these came from my yard except the bleeding heart, that was at White River Gardens, and I think one of the Crabapple trees came from the neighborhood. Some years I do better than others.
Tessa, I can't wait to see how your lantana seeds do. I had no success with them last year. I'd love to try again though.
Cyndi!!! Thanks for stopping by. I miss you, girl! Love you!
Oh my goodness, such gorgeous, gorgeous photos. As my grandaughter would say 'pink is my favorite color'.O.K. maybe red is my favorite color but pink is a very close second. BLessings,Ruth
Those pictures are absolutely awesome. I am a picture taker myself - I can only hope to be as good as you :) You can visit me at www.creatingcharacter.blogspot.com. I look forward to seeing you there!
What a profusion of perfectly pink pinkness, Robin! They're all lovely, so I hope I don't have to pick just one. By the way, thank you for the lovely comment welcoming back to regular blogging and blog-reading. I didn't realize just how much I'd missed it--and you all--until I got back into it in earnest.
Hi,Robin, I.m back for another visit. Thanks for your comment on my blog.Re:your question,I edited the photo with Photoshop Elements 5,but am having some problems with the program right now,so I exported the picture to Printshop,a card making program, and added the words there. This was a little more work than usual but at least it worked. Blessings,Ruth
Hi, Robin! You've certainly captured the spirit of the day! I feel awash in beauty! Thank you. I particularly loved the bleeding heart and the dragonfly, ever enchanting! xoxo
Here it is Wednesday the 18th already and I'm just catching up with everything pink. Here in Vermont we have a storm moving in and although the temp is up to 35 degrees, the 4 feet of snow on the ground and the cloud cover give little encouragement that spring is coming. Thanks for the great colors!
