Soaking Up the Sunshine

The sunshine was out today for the first time in about two weeks. Libby and I sat at the kitchen table and soaked up the rays.

The glare from the sun on the snow was so bright that I had to put on my sunglasses so I could watch the birds this morning!

I had a terrible time doing this post due to issues with both Blogger and Picasa. I hope that it is a temporary issue! My quick post turned into a two hour torture session!

  1. I read somewhere that Blogger is making some major changes to something this week, but I can't tell you what they're doin' 'cause I didn't understand it. They were talking "Geek!" Don't know about Picasa. BUT, I'm so happy you persisted so that we could all see the lovely Libby! Give her a pat on the head from her Aunt Debi!

  5. I love how cats just gravitate towards any sunny spot. I hope your next blog post goes much smoother :^)

  9. Libby is beautiful. In the first photo, she looks so like my BJ who died last year, it brought tears to my eyes. Give her a hug from me.

  10. I hate 2-hour torture sessions. I don't use blogger to post but rather Windows Live Writer. At least it was worth it. Love your kitty!

  11. Hi!
I am so happy you stopped by to visit me! It gave me a chance to come visit you. I have spent some time this morning, cup of coffee in hand going through your blog. Your photographs are stunning! I love all of your bird shots. The fall pictures were just beautiful. I am adding you to my google reader, so I know when you post.

  12. The sun finally came out and I was at work! I hope we have a few more days of it. Of course, now we have wind and single digit temps. Oh well. It IS still an Ohio winter!

  13. I can feel that warm sun. Beautiful photos. I commiserate about the tech difficulties. Sometimes the stars are not aligned.

  15. What a sweetie! Cats have the right idea--the sunshine has been so scarce lately that when it does come out, I want to soak up all the rays I can get, too.
