Snow Pictures

Here are a few pictures of our recent snow. Thankfully the temperatures were in the forties today and a lot of it melted. I took the above picture while it was snowing and was surprised be the snowflake effect.

Shoveling our way out.

Across the street.

We had about 12 inches of snow.

I'm having some problems with carpal tunnel today and I'm in a lot of pain. Sorry for the brevity of the post. I'll still be visiting your blogs, but my comments will be brief there as well until the pain subsides.

That snowflake effect is very cool Robin. I've never captured it before. I think there's a name for those circles but it escapes me at the moment. Quite a lot of snow there. Glad it's melting and hope your carpal tunnel gets better soon. Blogging and computer time sure doesn't help that, does it?

Rest your hands Robin! My husband also has carpal tunnel, and when it's acting up he's in agony. Your pictures though are beautiful!

Robin, your pics are beautiful. I love the snowflake effects. We had some melting here today too, but cold again tomorrow. Hurry spring! Take care with the carpal tunnel, I've heard it can be miserable.

Those snowflakes on the picture really made it have a nice effect. Hope the carpal tunnel doesn't hold you down for too long.

Hi there Robin, what lovely images from your garden :-D

That’s quite a snowfall you’ve had! The UK is getting hit today too. Yes, that is a nice effect with the snowflakes. It’s always a nice surprise when that happens isn’t it?

Sorry to hear you’re in pain. Yes, PC time will be restricted a little now. Hope this clears up quickly for you :-D

Wonderful snowflake effect Robin. I like all of your snow pictures.

I hope you get a brace for your hand. It will help with the carpal tunnel even though it is aggravating to wear.

Thanks Kathleen, I'll have to research to see what that name is. Computer time is definitely an issue.

Laurie, agony is a good word to describe the pain. It's a little better this morning.

Thanks, Texasdaisey!

Beckie, I'm ready for spring too!

Janet, I hope not either. This is the first time in a long time it has hurt like this.

Thanks, Shirl!

Cameron, thank you!

Lisa, I do have a brace and usually wear it when the CT rears its ugly head. I had so much pain last night that it hurt to to wear it. Thankfully it is better this morning.

Beautiful snow pictures Robin! With snowflakes you just never know. The snow must have been dry and shiny!

The tree is so pretty too! Glad to hear your snow is melting. Wish we could be so lucky.

The ONLY thing that would have made your photos better would be to have Christmas lights lit on the evergreen across the street. Agree?

Take care of that hand.

Hi Robin, oh I am so sorry your wrists hurt. Do you have braces to wear when that flares up? I do and it helps so much. You can get them off the shelf at the pharmacy. I can even type with them, but it is awkward. Better than pain any day though. I love your special snow flake effects!

You do have a lot of that fluffy stuff. It is very pretty. It doesn't stick around here long enough to make an impression. Perfect pictures

I like the snowflake effect photo. Very cool. I hope you are feeling better, soon. It is supposed to really warm up this weekend, so maybe that will add a little relief. :)

When you put up the picture.. Across the street of the bricks... You should have just put that picture up for one post. It looks like the top of a chimney sticking out. :)

Wonderful photos, Robin. Have you had the c/t surgery? I had it done about 11-12 years ago and have never had problems with it again (touch wood).
We're getting another snowstorm here today, although now it's turning to ice pellets. I can hear them hitting the house, so I just turned the volume on the television up a little to ignore them. :-)

Hi Robin,
Maybe today the CT is easing up? My mom and grandfather both had surgery to help w/that. I hope it will ease up. Your photos are pretty, and the snow looks rather deep...compared to the 4" we got last week. Hope you'll feel better!
